HIS Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday issued seven edicts.
The first edict appointed the Minister of State for Interior Affairs a member of the Civil Defence Council.
The second appointed the Minister of State for Interior Affairs a member of the National Anti-Narcotics Committee and a third appointed the Minister of State for Interior Affairs a member of the traffic council.
The fourth edict appointed directors in the Ombudsman's office in the Interior Ministry. They are Abdul Rahman Ali Abdul Rahman Bilal as director of Ombudsman's administrative affairs, Hamad Salman Saleh Taqi as director of the penitentiaries and detention centres' control, Ghada Hameed Habib Ahmed as director of international co-operation and development, and Ahmed Abdul Rahman Mohammed Hussein as director of human and financial resources.
The fifth edict restructured the National Committee for Prevention of Aids presided over by the Health Minister. Another appointed Ahmed Tamir Abdullah Al Khayyat director of human and financial resources in the Muharraq Governorate and the seventh edict appointed Abdullah Khalil Bu Hijji director of public relations and marketing in the Information Affairs Authority.
