MANAMA: The Fifth Annual Human Resources Management Summit (HRM Summit 2013) to be held in Bahrain after the Eid holidays will bring together human resources experts and decision-makers from around the world.
Being held under the patronage of Minister of State for Electricity and Water Affairs Dr Abdulhussain Mirza, the event is scheduled to take place from October 21 to 23 at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence and Spa.
The event organiser, Roshcomm's chief executive M A Sridhar met Dr Mirza and other EWA officials to discuss the developments and the international speakers line-up.
"The fifth annual HRM summit is designed to share industry best practices, offering attendees the chance to gain valuable insights," Mr Sridhar said.
"It is the must-attend event for anyone working in the field of human capital management, talent, performance and retention management.
"Special emphasis will be given to the issues of "foreseeing the role of HR practitioners and HR leaders" and "getting HR expert's opinions and deliberations".
Various other issues were discussed with the minister, including the importance of interacting with prominent higher education entities such as Bahrain University and the Bahrain Polytechnic in order to disseminate the developments of HRM principles to outstanding graduates of these universities.
